Possible infection: Was dermabond applied to any/all incisions? If so, you could have a dermatitis reaction to it, though an allergy is uncommon. Otherwise, yes, you may be manifesting an early cellulitis, or skin infection. If not on antibiotics, please notify your surgeon's office in am.
