And yes, taking 1 mg at bedtime can result in your eventually having a withdrawal syndrome. Your additional info indicates you're taking Clonazepam as well -- and that you have "confusion, snoring, & weakness" as conditions. All 3 could result from heavy sedative use. See your doctor.
