Diet exercise: Fatty liver is a serious problem that responds readily to diet. Fatty liver caused by diet high in sugar and other simple carbohydrates. Excess body fat, the result of eating too many calories and sedentary lifestyle contribute to many health problems including fatty liver disease. Fatty liver is reversible by diet/exercise. Progress in reducing fat in liver followed by liver enzymes decreasing.
