I have three spots on my stomach they started out looking like pimples but now they are around nickel size and the skin around the spots is flaking.

Rash on abdomen: Several possibilities. Tinea (ringworm), a fungal infection is usually 1 lesion. Another possibility is pityriasis rosea, which is thought to be a viral infection. It starts with one larger patch with scaling on the edges of the patch, then 2 weeks later a number of smaller patches appear usually along skin tension lines. On back it looks like xmas tree. Psoriasis and eczema can cause similar rash.
