A member asked:

Can you get your period more than once in 28 days?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Yes you can, and it does happen, though shouldn't happen all the time. Sometimes it can be due to extremes of weight (obesity and being too thin). Sometimes it can be due to irregularities in your thyroid or prolactin levels. And sometimes it can be unexplained. If it bothers you, you may want to consider cycle control with a birth control pill.
