Back pain: Massage, stretching, adequate posture when reading working on a computer or sitting at work, proper footwear, short course of anti-inflammatory medications, analgesics, medical evaluation, physical therapy, muscle relaxers, stronger analgesics x rays, MRI and pain clinic and or surgery. How far you go on these options depend on intensity of pain and response to conservative therapy.
