Has anyone studied the use of cymbalta (duloxetine) to treat ibs symptoms? have heard it has helped some patients even though it's not marketed for that use.

As above : I am not aware of any studies regarding that , however, patient with ibs can have pain and depressive symptoms and therefore , it may be helpful.
