Recommended : Actually it's recommended to get 20-30 mins of exercise daily. If you choose to workout longer than an hour on certain, then decide what you mean by "rest days", complete abstinence to exercise or just light exercise? Try to aim for 4hrs total workout per week and divide it up over the seven days. Hope that helps!
