Biliary colic: There are many possible causes for your symptoms. Gallstones and biliary colic with belching, bloating, upper abdominal pain after eating fatty foods, radiates into back, change in bowels may be the cause. Okay to get see your doc. An ultrasound of the gallbladder/right upper quad can lead to a diagnosis. Avoid big meals and fatty meals until you get evaluated.
