Yes in general: If you ovulate while on Provera (medroxyprogesterone) then it is possible. If you're taking the Provera (medroxyprogesterone) because you aren't ovulating though, it isn't very likely as the Provera (medroxyprogesterone) in and of itself doesn't induce ovulation. Provera (medroxyprogesterone) provides the Progesterone that is normally produced after natural ovulation. Ask your provider if you're annovulatory or not.
