Period may come: Typically Provera (medroxyprogesterone) will bring on a period, but usually not until 2-5 days after you have finished it. So if you are still taking the Provera (medroxyprogesterone) i don't expect you to have a period yet. Good luck.

Stop: I usually use Provera (medroxyprogesterone) to help stop excessive bleeding. Then, when you stop the provera, (medroxyprogesterone) you get a withdrawl bleed.
