Healthy diet: Women can usually get pregnant without worrying about their diet, but there is some research that suggests a healthy diet can boost your chances. Try dairy, lean meats, complex carbs, oysters, fatty fish, yams and berries. A good pre-natal vitamin will help too. Also, it would probably be a good idea to have a physical exam by your physician and discuss all of this with him or her.
