I have a mole on my back that keeps getting my hair caught in it, was painful but now feels better, it was swollen now seems better, what is your advi?

See a dermatologist: If the mole is constantly traumatized, you may want to have it removed. Any painful lesion for whatever reason needs to be looked at by a dermatologist.
