Neuromuscular cause: Neuromuscular disorder such as charcot marie tooth, cerebral palsy, etc can cause the first ray to drop and create a cavus foot. Other etiologies include residual after effects of stroke, trauma, paralysis, deformity, clubfeet birth, etc. Hope this answers your question.
