Mid cycle: In general its around midcycle. So count the number of days from start of one menses to start of next . 30 days cycle would be around day 15 (counting your period day one as cycle day one). 32 day cycle would be around day 16. Also consider using ovulation prediction kits, which you can purchase at the pharmacy.

A 25-year-old member asked:
If my period comes on a differnt day every month can I still get pregnaa

Yes: Yes it is possibe to still get pregnant, but irregular cycles can make it more difficult. You should speak with your ob/gyn or a reproducitve endocrinologist about further testing to determine the reason why they are irregular and if there are any other factors that may be affecting your ability to conceive (the fallopian tubes and semen).

Options: You will need to see your obgyn for an exam and testing. Depending on your age and fertility plans there are lots of treatment options. Birth control pills can regulate your cycle. Mirena (levonorgestrel) iuds can minimize your periods. Lysteda is a great new hormone free drug used to stop heavy periods. If you are done with pregnancies ask if you are a candidate for an endometrial ablation.

My period is being weird, the first day it was lije shotting, second day shotting then a lot, third day shotting like again ?

Shotting?: I am not sure what you mean by "shotting." however, if your most recent period was shorter or lighter than usual, it is possible you are pregnant and it was not a true period. It might be a good idea to visit a doctor or take a home pregnancy test.

Watch and wait: It could be that your period is lasting longer than usual. Sometimes, your period can last longer than usual.
For the itching, you can take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) (beware, it will make you sleepy!)
also, any chance you can be pregnant? Are you on any birth control? If not, this could be a miscarriage in progress.
