Maybe, maybe not: There are at least a dozen products carrying this name and some contain antihistamines or phenylephrine that can decrease milk volume, or Aspirin that should not be consumed iy baby may get a viral illness while you are taking it. So some products without the ingredients noted are less worrisome than others. See:hale, t "medications and mothers milk", 2012 ed.

What R U treating?: Oscillococcinum is a homeopathic preparation claimed to be made from the (non-existent) "oscillococcus" bacterium, which is marketed to relieve influenza-like symptoms. It is actually derived from duck liver &heart, diluted to 200C—a ratio of one part duck offal to 10400 parts water. Alka-Seltzer is a combo of sodium bicarbonate, aspirin, citric acid. Probably okay together, but what's your goal?
