See doctor: Your doctor should take a look at the red spot to examine it for size and involvement of adjacent skin, to make sure it is not concerning. Your doctor may need to refer you to a facial plastic surgeon or dermatologist to biopsy, excise/remove, or laser the lesion as they deem appropriate.
