Many things: Is it the arch? Plantar fasciitis. It it on top of foot? May be bone spur. Does it only hurt when on feet or does it hurt all of time or only at rest? What kind of pain?: shooting, throbbing, burning etc.
Need more information.

Get the feet inspected by a professional to determine the cause of the problem, as treatment varies depending on the diagnosis.
