Sounds terrible: And i can't even imagine how that would have happened. I hope you mean he received an electric shock, because the word "electrocution" generally infers a fatal outcome. If he's still alive as i hope he is, the results could be extremely variable due to a variety of factors. He definitely needs to see his doctor and probably a urologist for a good evaluation.
