Worms in stool: See your pcp for exam. (s)he will most likely order a stool specimen to be sent to the lab & examined for worms, etc and then base treatment according to the findings.

Get rid of them: There are plenty of anti-parasite medications which you can take to get rid of your worms (which i assume that you want to do.) see your md for a prescription.
