Many things: Without a full h&p its not realistic for me to make a dx. Palps may be a fast rythm that doesnt alow for proper filling and emptying of the heart. This could cause the faint feeling . U may have orthostatic hypotension where the blood pressure drops , heart tries to compensate by going fast.Usually resolves with lying down. Need a full h&;p .Full set of labs , holter, echo, and poss tilt table test.
