TICS?: Tics, parkinson-kind of young for that. See a neurologist. Some medication side effects can cause that too.

See a Neurologist: Hard tito be certain without a more detailed history, a good neurological exam & probably a MRI of your brain. Don't worry, it's probably not something sinister. Most likely it's essential tremor. Doesn't sound like tics/tourette's, or parkinson's if it's just your head. Possibly a phasing dystonia. May well be treatable. Step 1....See a good general neurologist & give yourself some peace of mind.
