Headache with light-headedness and cough. what can i do for this?

Cough & Headache: Most common cause we see in the urgent/emergency care is upper respiratory infections. Need to review your immunization status: flu, pertusis, etc. Avoid smoking, environmental exposures:pets, dust, flowers etc.. Watch for fever, abnormal nasal discharge: green, bloody etc. I prefer nasal Normal Saline inhalations or spray, if not improving, you need to see md.
