Can't tell for sure.: Make sure you are not having a temp over 99.6. If so night time fevers are more worrying and need prompt evaluation. Feeling hot, without temperature changes, could be due to thyroid hormone problems, or due to estrogen deficiency, amongst other possibilities. The only way to find out is to see your primary care doc for an exam and appropriate testing. Why wait? A minor problem may get worse!
