Probably not: The liklihood of a 49 yo getting pregnant is less than 1%. Even if you did become pregnant there is significant risk of birth defects and complications at this age. While some herbs such as rhodiola might help, the odds of success are slim. If you want to maximize your odds work with both a fertility specialist ; expert in herbal medicine for individualized treatment.
