I m having cramps in pelvic region and gaining weight unintentionally, i don't hv hypothyroidism, have taken 5 urine pregnancy test in 3 months all r negative, taken beta hcg it's less than 0.10 as of 15th feb, periods r regular, can i be pregnant?

You mention having regular periods and multiple negative pregnancy tests over a 3 month time span. It does not appear that pregnancy is the cause of your symptoms. Please see your local PCP or OBGYN for further evaluation & testing for other sources of pain.
