What can cause my to stoma keep going up in size?

Sounds like you : Could be having prolapse of the stoma. Don't know what type of stoma this is but it should be looked at by your surgeon and discuss if this can be revised. Stomas will get bigger and then return to normal, due to passage of stool, but progressive growth of the stoma suggests a prolapse.
