Need more info: Without knowing more, it is difficult to tell you what the problem is. It could be an infection, trauma or many other things. The best thing to do is to see your Gyn and get an exam to find out what is wrong. Best wishes!

I have bumps in between thighs and even on my vagina. They hurt but when I squeeze them either nothing comes out or like hard, white material. Painful?

Hair follicle bumps: You may have clogged pores in these areas. These may run in families and are often related to hormonal fluctuations in women. Sometimes shaving and the use of oily skin products causes this or makes it worse. You need to use acne like creams to try to unclog the pores and use an electric razor or hair removal cream. Waxing and shaving make it worse.

See your doctor: Symptoms and concerns like these mandate a thorough evaluation by your doctor. Only after such an evaluation, which may include labs and radiographic examinations, can he/she let you know what's going on and how best to help you.

Get it looked at: We can guess what it might be, but it is best for you to know what it is. This means that you have to get it looked at and get a pelvic exam. Symptoms like these deserve a full evaluation in person by your health care provider. The fact that you are having pain indicates that it needs evaluated. Good luck and i hope it is something simple and benign like a simple cyst.
