Why do i get pimples in my vigina?

It depends.: If they are on the outside of the vagina (on the vulva) this could be from inflamed hair follicles, especially if you shave/wax. If on the inside of the vagina, this could be an infection. Either way call your doctor for an evaluation.

Furunculosis: Usually from ingrown hairs and/or from occluded glands in that area wear loose fiiting undergarments and cleanse with anti-bacterial soap.
