Does lady finger reduce blood sugar?

Doubt it: I am not sure which lady finger you are talking about. I assume you are not talking about the pastry, but instead are either referring to the plant or to the banana with this name. In either case, I am not aware of any studies that have shown these to be helpful for treating any disorder.
