You can't!: Not possible, unless you have silicone augmentation. Be happy with what you have. Remember, your eyes see in wide angle. When men look down, their "junk" always seems smaller than what it is!

Penile Girth: You have what God gave you. Sorry -there isn't a way to add to that. Avoid lotions, potions and pills that are designed to decrease the girth of your wallet.
