Unusual request: Unless you have a hydrocele, which is like a fluid filled cyst around the testicle. This can easily be corrected by a urologist performing a hydrocelectomy. This will remove hydrocele & leave the testicle behind, this will make scrotum return to normal size. Advice is to consult a urologist.Testosterone injections can have side effect of testes shrinking in some cases.We don't shrink normal testes.
