Not necessarily: Loss of libido is usually a multifaceted problem. Some causes are physical such as pain, some are due to psychological stressors such as relationship problems, depression, or simply fatigue. If your ovaries were removed there is a loss of estrogen and testosterone that can cause the decrease and in some cases there is a decrease in function of the retained ovaries when they are not removed>.

Possible: If your ovaries were removed then your libido can be decreased - that is treatable with hormone replacement. If you retained your ovaries, the decreased libido can still be treated easily in most cases. You should discuss this with your doctor.
