Needs Evaluation: Recurrent episodes of vomiting may represent cyclic vomiting (possibly a migraine variant), but she should also be evaluated for food allergy. There may be other urinary/intestinal/hepatic/ovarian reasons for her episodes, so she should have an evaluation by a pediatric gastroenterologist.

Migraine: I don't do pediatrics but my guess would be that the child has migraine. In kids migraine shows up with stomach upsets rather than head pain. Does anyone in the family have migraine headaches?
