No: Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection generally requires exposure in a person with a depressed immune system. The two groups most likely to get it are cancer patients during the supressed immune system part of their treatment and aids patients. And few of either of these groups actually get it. These are watched for carefully by treating doctors in these two categories.

Among adults, usually only immunosuppressed people get the disease due to infection. Primary infection in the mother, while pregnant, can have devastating consequences for the fetus.
