Needs examination : At five weeks just station the pregnancy is so small it's unlikely to be contributing to back pain. Some vaginal discharge in pregnancy can be normal. Some vaginal discharge could indicate infection. At age 44 this is a high-risk pregnancy. I highly recommend seeing a doctor soon.
