Works the core-a bit: You can work your core muscles and improve your posture while sitting and working. However, new research shows that it is important to not sit for great lengths of time. In fact. It is recommended to stand up every 20 min even if it is for 1-2 minutes. Even better is having a work station that can raise and lower so that you can do a lot of computer work while standing.
