Other basics: Do you try to move bowel twice a day, after breakfast and dinner, at least 5 minutes, regardless the result? Do you drink plenty of fluid including juices containing large amount of soluble fibers such as apple or prune juice? Have you consulted with your doctor( to rule out neurologic conditions and hirschsprung disease)?
