Erections: Erections are mostly about your mental strength and not physical strength. At 28 it is very unlikely that you have a problem. The more you worry about this; or if you are fatigued, depressed or stressed, then the less likely you will get or maintain an erection. Once you get past worrying you may find it all returns as normal.
