Can't say: The pap test looks for early signs of cancer of the cervix, which is universally without any symptoms in the early states. It really isn't a test to help you if you are having pain. I'm afraid it's not possible to tell you what the cause of your pain could be without examining you - so suggest you ask your doctor. Good luck!
