State Dental Board: I don't know the circumstances of your care, but if at all possible, i'd recommend you try to talk to the dentist before filing a report. Perhaps there was a simple misunderstanding, etc. Maybe a simple talk will make you happy and he or she can explain and speak about your concerns. However, if you've tried that already, or it's not satistactory to you, call the state dental board.
