See a doctor: The shoulder is a complex joint with many different potential pain generators (ac joint, glenohumeral joint, rotator cuff, bursa, biceps tendon, etc.) that may become damaged or inflamed.
A good history and physical exam by an experienced clinician can help identify the pain generator(s) and advise you on a treatment plan.
