Can there be a typical size of a cancerous breast lump?

No set size: Ideally, a breast cancer is found before you can feel it. This is usually done via screening mammograms. If a lump is found, it needs to be further examined with mammograms to see if other lumps are present and some kind of biopsy to determine if it is a cancer.
