Depends: It all depends on the cause on the pink eye. If it is due to viral conjunctivitis, then it will resolve spontaneously just as with a common cold. Otc artificial tears may relieve some symptoms. Other causes of pink eye may need antibiotics or steroids eye drops. You will need to see your eye md to determine the cause.
