Depends: It depends on the cause of the pink eye. Viral conjunctivitis is treated with artificial tears for symptomatic relief. Bacterial conjunctivitis is treated with antibiotics. Other causes are treated with steroids or non-steroidals. You need to see an eye md for diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
