Should i have any concerns about high blood pressure and pregnancy?

You really need: To discuss that with your OB as it depends how high, and is it associated with other symptoms like a lot of portein in the urine or elevated uric acid, as u are at risk for getting pre- eclpamsia or if u have chronic hypert u should be on meds u will need increased monitoring and most likely early 37-39 week or earlier delivery but your OB needs to discuss all of this with you at length and plan.
