Can there be such a thing as injectable multi vitamins?

Injectable?: Some integrative physicians use intravenous cocktails of various vitamins, and most physicians also use injectable vitamin B12 (hopefully methylcobalamin). A fully injectable, daily multivitamin i'm not sure of though -- as taking by mouth is so much easier and more pleasant. For patients who cannot swallow, there are some intravenous forms and also some can be given by stomach tube.
