A member asked:

I've been taking birth control pills and i started my period, i have had it for 25 days and im getting married in 10, how can i stop it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Bleeding on BCP: Breakthrough bleeding on bcp's once it occurs is very hard to deal with. The only way to stop it is to have your gyn change you to an estrogen only containing pill, and hopefully that will regenerate the endometrium stopping the bleeding. You may wish to use condoms if you don't want to conceive at present.
