Does not: Neutropenia alone dones not cause, but associated probles do, there. Are numerous , please see your hematologist.

Isolated neutropenia: Should not affect your energy level typically. This would be more commonly associated with anemia. If you have a known neutropenic condition and persistent fatigue, or any fever, you need to be seen by your doctor.
