Does not: Neutropenia alone dones not cause, but associated probles do, there. Are numerous , please see your hematologist.

Isolated neutropenia: Should not affect your energy level typically. This would be more commonly associated with anemia. If you have a known neutropenic condition and persistent fatigue, or any fever, you need to be seen by your doctor.

Follow up to "transient moderate neutropenia (0.6451.5 after 10 days)" post. My symptoms were heavy fatigue (multi-hr naps daily) and feeling sick-ish, no fever, anal fissure. Neutrophils are now 1.0 after 21 days, barely out of range MCHC (31.9)?
Transient moderate neutropenia (0.6451.5 after 10 days), low CD4 (348), CD4/CD8 ratio 0.98, bone marrow biopsy = mildly hypocellular and aberrant partial CD56 expression on granulo/monocytes, HIV -ve, 2% atypical lymphs, bad fatigue. Any ideas??
