Probably not STD: More likely you have a urinary tract infection; the bacteria from your wife's colon could have been pushed up into your bladder and caused an infection. You should get checked out as a short course of antibiotics can clear things up. Usually there is some discomfort with urinating or frequent urination if you have an infection. If you are worried about an std get that checked its a urine test.
